レバニラ炒めは、他の投稿主の方も言ってますが、柔らかくてパサつきもなく、レバー特有の臭みや苦味もありません❗️
これで1800円は安いと思います。
焼肉のヒグマと日本鹿ですが
臭みもなく、味わいばかりが広がる
凄いお肉です。
皿には、肉の旨み油しか残ってないので、さすがこだわりの提供と感心しました。
お店も落ち着いてたので、最初は店主自ら焼いて下さり
希少肉、部位の事など、お話しながら頂きました。
こんな本格ジビエを、この素晴らしい景観の場所でいただけるなんて感動です。

手作り感のあるお店や、目一杯のおもてなし精神、提供のこだわり、お店の地域と、全ての事を踏まえて
